Absolutely! We offer a free meet-and-greet session so you and your pet can get to know their caregiver before the first service.

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, there is no charge as long as you notify us more than 24 hours in advance.

However, if cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the service fee will be charged. This helps us accommodate all of our clients and fairly compensate our team for their time.

We strive to maintain consistency by assigning the same walker or sitter whenever possible. This helps build trust and a strong bond between your pet and their caregiver.

For safety reasons, we adjust walks based on weather conditions. In extreme heat, cold, or storms, we modify the walk to keep your pet comfortable and safe, including shorter walks with indoor playtime if needed.

We use secure leashes, harnesses, and practice positive reinforcement techniques. Our team is trained to handle various situations, ensuring your pet stays safe and happy during our care.

We offer both solo and small group walks. If your dog enjoys socializing, we can match them with compatible furry friends. However, we always prioritize safety and comfort based on your pet’s needs.

Yes! We are experienced in administering oral and topical medications, as well as injections if needed. Just let us know your pet’s specific needs when booking.
